Once your order has been dispatched from our facility, the estimated transit time is:

- Total Estimated Delivery: 6–9 business days from the moment of purchase.
Please note: Deliveries are made on business days only (Monday to Friday). During peak seasonal periods or UK Bank Holidays, minor delays may occur.

5. Delivery Constraints
- We ship exclusively within the United Kingdom.
- We currently do not deliver to PO Boxes, BFPO addresses, or automated parcel lockers.
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. Pubna cannot be held responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
6. Address Changes & Cancellations
- Address Changes: If you notice an error in your address, please contact us at info@pubna.com immediately. We can only amend details before the order enters the "Processing" stage.
- Cancellations: You may request a cancellation within 12 hours of placing your order. After this window, the order may have already been dispatched, in which case it must be treated as a return.

Because Pubna operates with domestic shipping within the United Kingdom, your order will not be subject to any customs duties or import taxes. The price displayed at checkout is the definitive and final amount.
